AUDIT COMMITTEE MEMBER
Born in Istanbul in 1973, Seda İdil Çağa graduated from Istanbul German High School and then from Istanbul University Faculty of Law, after which she completed her Master’s program at the Faculty of Law at Ludwig Maximilians University in Munich.
Since 1998, she has been practicing law as a registered attorney with the Istanbul Bar Association under the umbrella of Çağa Law Firm, primarily representing domestic and foreign corporate clients in international arbitration and litigation proceedings; she also provides consultancy services in the areas of commercial, corporate, labor, tax, intellectual property, and advertising law, as well as condominium law.
Çağa, who serves as the Chair of the Board of Directors at the Çağa Law Foundation, is the mother of two children. She speaks German, English, and French.
