Turkey’s Wellbeing Prescription: 650 People Meditated Simultaneously at the 4th Wellbeing Conference!

In its first weekly issue of June 2026, HELLO! Magazine featured extensive coverage of the 4th Wellbeing Conference, held under the Chairmanship of Ebru Şinik.

Titans of the Business, Finance, and Medical Worlds United for Wellbeing

Hosted with the vibrant energy of Wellbeing Expert Hale Caneroğlu, the conference featured 9 distinct panels covering Career, Finance, the Business World, Longevity, the Healthcare Sector, Skin Health, Work-Life Balance, Exercise, and Music.

Following opening speeches by Association President Ebru Şinik and Sibel Yıldız, General Manager of Philips Personal Health META, the conference hosted 30 prominent experts—widely recognized in their respective fields—as panelists. A Giant Meditation of 650 People and an Enthusiastic Closing Concert

The most unforgettable moments of the conference were those where theoretical knowledge transformed into live experience. The energy of the entire hall peaked during the “Move Your Life” segment, led by AFAA-Group Fitness Instructor Ambassador Noyan Dülek amidst waves of laughter.

“Following this, to refresh the minds, the ‘Heart-Brain Coherence Meditation’ performed simultaneously by 650 people under the guidance of Ebru Şinik created a unique field of serenity in the hall.”

The grand finale was filled with pure joy. During the Music and Wellbeing panel, artist Demet Tuncer’s performance of the song “Hıdrellez” and Ahmet Baran’s energetic concert brought the entire hall to its feet, especially when the Association’s Board of Directors took the stage to join in as a choir.

Throughout the event, a dedicated book-signing corner was set up, where Attila Köksal and Murat Sağman signed their latest books for the participants free of charge.
