Ayyüce Özdemir Ökten graduated from TED Ankara College and then from Bilkent University, Department of Banking and Finance, and completed her Masters in Finance at Yeditepe University. She started her career as a financial auditor in 2004 and has worked as a senior financial manager in many international companies, most recently as Finance Director and General Manager at GREENPEACE, responsible for many countries.
She has taken her teaching position, which she obtained in one of the institutions she worked for, to other institutions, combining her life experience and finance, and has trained department heads, board members and staff of institutions in different fields.
As a result of her 16 years of experience in corporate life, she made a radical decision to take a break from her professional life and completed the Wellbeing Specialisation Programme, opened in cooperation with Yükselen Çağ Wellbeing Academy and Gedik University, on Eastern philosophies and practices, which she had been interested in since her high school years.
Ökten continues her career, which she combines with her professional experience, as a Corporate Wellbeing Trainer in two languages.
