In this special organization that brought together specialist physicians, researchers, and medical professionals from the medical world, Ebru Şinik highlighted the vital importance of a holistic approach in women’s health, preventive medicine protocols, and cellular-level balancing through her presentation titled “Wellbeing and Preventive Medicine.”
A Holistic and Preventive Approach in Women’s Health
During her session at the event, Ebru Şinik addressed how Ayurvedic preventive medicine and modern scientific approaches should be synthesized in the management of chronic women’s diseases, improving quality of life, and strengthening the immune system.
The key topics highlighted during the session were:
Preventive Medicine and Cellular Balance: Strategies to maintain the mind-body balance before diseases turn into physiological symptoms.
Epigenetics and Daily Routines: Ways to optimize cellular health through daily lifestyle choices and micro-habits, going beyond genetic predispositions.
Stress Management and Nervous System Regulation: The role of breathing and wellbeing protocols in reducing chronic inflammation and balancing the autonomic nervous system.
A Valuable Encounter of Medical Science and Holistic Health
The meeting, which addressed the histories of the associations, research projects, women’s health parameters in Turkey, and new dynamics in health journalism, featured productive scientific sessions. In the evaluation section of the event, UKSEAD Board President Prof. Dr. Engin Oral and EAD President Prof. Dr. Taner Usta shared strategic insights regarding the future and vision of the associations.
We would like to express our gratitude to our esteemed teacher Prof. Dr. Engin Oral and all association boards for their kind invitation to this prestigious organization—which gathered leading representatives of the medical community—and for the value they place on the holistic wellbeing approach in women’s health.
